Before you pay

Agency CLI + Report Pack (multi-client white-label domain reports, run locally) — £39.00 GBP, pack version 3.

Digital product, available to download immediately. By buying you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel once download starts (Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, reg 37).

The download starts straight after Stripe confirms payment. You get an order ID and download links that expire and can be refreshed for 30 days from your unlock.

Licence: the files are licensed to you, the purchaser, under LICENCE.txt included in the pack (© FaultyPacket, all rights reserved; not open source). You get the packaged, ready-to-use files and their delivery.

The pack helps you find and fix common configuration problems. It does not fix everything and does not replace professional advice.

You can add your organisation's main domain on the next (Stripe) page; the licence covers one organisation (its staff and contractors included), for its own domains and the domains of clients that have authorised it to check them.

Refunds: our refund policy still lets you ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See refunds and terms.
